We are pleased to inform you about our latest update, which includes a new addition of sleep cycle time data, and additional data available in statistics API. For more details, please see below!

🔹API

1. New Sleep Data: Sleep Cycle Time

The V3 Data API now includes the sleep_cycle_time data! This feature was added on 2023/11/09 and is available in the V3 Data API responses from this update onwards. It will also be available on the dashboard in November.

[New Data]

  1. [Beta] sleep_cycle_time:
    1. A list of timestamps serving as reference points for each sleep cycle. It shows the start and end of the first sleep cycle, the end of the second sleep cycle, the end of the nth sleep cycle, and the end of the last sleep cycle.
    2. Example: ["2023-09-05T16:15:00+00:00", "2023-09-05T18:03:00+00:00", "2023-09-05T20:32:30+00:00]

2. 4 New Sleep Data in Statistics API

4 new sleep data have been added to the Statistics API!

[New Data]

  1. time_in_sleep_period: The duration of the sleep period
  2. breathing_index: The index of unstable breathing
  3. longest_waso: The longest duration of wake stage during the sleep period
  4. sleep_cycle_count: The number of sleep cycles
