Do you have customer support channels like Slack or do I have to put all my questions here?

I am new to Asleep and trying to implement it in my flutter app through IOS SDK.

Here is one of the questions I have:

I got this error when initilize config: "AsleepSDK.Asleep.AsleepError error 2.". It seems like this error code is not listed in the documentation. API key should be correct. For userID, I just use the one from my side. Or should it be generated from your side? What is the problem.
